SCM Analytics

Hexaware specialises in implementing Supply Chain solution based on its own analytical pack. We have the expertise to work in different pre-packed Supply Chain analytical solutions for different platforms like SAP, Oracle, SAS, etc.

Supply Chain effectiveness is measured based on the SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model. SCOR enables users to address, improve and communicate supply chain management practices within and between all interested parties in the extended enterprise.

SCOR is based on five distinct management processes: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver and Return. SCOR is the industry reference standard and this defines the process levels, metrics, etc., for different aspects of the supply chain.

SCOR provides different process level detail.

Details:

Level 1 – Sets the scope of the supply chain

Level 2 – Identifies the configuration of the supply chain.

Level 3 – Identifies key business activities within a configuration.

Level 3 activities have key metrics associated with it. Many industries require supply chain solutions and this pack is extensible to different domains. This is possible as the SCOR framework works on the concept of “Supply Chain Configurations”.

Once we define the configuration for a particular industry and more specifically for a company, the metrics defined by SCOR can be utilised by the organisation.
